Information about the fourth integrated bus terminus in Chennai, Where any guess?

In the coming years, the industrial belt of the Chennai-Bengaluru highway beyond Poonamallee would be very busy. The reason for that is due to the fourth bus terminus that would be coming up at Kuthambakkam in Thirumazhisai industrial hub.
Important piece of information is that the 25 acre land on which the bus terminus would be present could accommodate as many as225 buses. It is learnt that CMDA or Chennai metropolitan Development Authority has got plans to build an integrated mofussil bus terminus at Kuthambakkam village near Thirumazhisai.
Double benefit:
The upcoming bus terminus here would be highly beneficial in two ways. Firstly, it would reduce the traffic congestion at Koyambedu bus terminus and secondly it would provide the much needed public transport facility for nearly 40000 people working in the industrial complexes like SIPCOT etc. An amount of Rs 314 crores would be spent on developing this new bus terminus.
The availability of the designated land would help in the construction of the new bus terminal at Thirumazhisai. This was mentioned by the member secretary CMDA, Mr D. Karthikeyan
This land was previously used as a temporary vegetable market due to closure of Koyambedu market complex (to contain Coronavirus) is well known to us
Truth is that the integrated bus terminus would be constructed similar to the one at Kilambakkam and it would be completed within 18 months.
An area of 1lakh square kilometre would be available for the integrated bus terminus at Thirumazhisai. This huge area would have 2 cellar floors for parking facility plus mezzanine floor and first floor. There would also be a ground floor that would have shops and booking offices etc.
It must be taken into account that this new bus terminus would have a sewage treatment plant, an effluent treatment plant plus others like RO plant, rooms for crew, toilets, shopping area etc.
Seamless travel experience:
The new bus terminal at Thirumazhisai would provide a seamless travel experience for the commuters. This was according to Mr. N. Srinivasasa Rao. He added that this terminus would accommodate 225 buses including private buses, STC buses and MTC buses etc and it would be superb.
It is brought to light that more than 15% or 4 acres of the total 25 acres would be allotted for greenery and 10% or 2.5acres for car parking.
Mr. Srinivasa Rao pointed out that on the premises, there are plans to have a separate water tank plus o others like vehicle washing area, workshop, electricity substation and petrol pump etc. It was later highlighted by Mr. Elango, social activist and ex president of Kuthambakkam village panchayat that the bus terminus would boost the commercial activities in the township. He concluded that the upcoming facility would improve public transport.
