2nd Phase counselling for medical courses from 4th January!

The Department of Health of the State Government of Tamil Nadu has announced the 2nd Phase of counselling for admission to the graduate medical courses MBBS & BDS is scheduled to commence from 4th January.
The counselling for admission to the graduate medical course MBSBS and BDS in the government and private/self-financed medical Colleges/Universities in Tamil Nadu commenced on 18th November last year at the Nehru Indoor Stadium in the Chennai Metro City.
This 1st Phase of counselling was for 5 days and during this period, counselling was conducted for candidates of the state government high school students under the 7.5% quota allotted by the State Government of Tami Nadu and the candidates under the common cadre.
In this scenario, the Department of Health of the State Government of Tamil Nadu has announced that the 2nd Phase of counselling is scheduled to be conducted from 4th January. As 12 more seats are remaining under the 7.5% quota for the government high school students, it has been informed that the counselling on 4th January will be for the government high school students and the counselling on 5th January will be for the candidates in the common cadre.
