Central governments guidelines for distribution of COVID-19 Vaccines?

The central government has devised the guidelines for the distribution of the COVID-19 vaccine. As per this, it is learnt that a medical squad of 5 persons will be deployed in COVID-19 each Vaccination Centre who would vaccinate 100 to 200 citizens per day.
The person vaccinated will remain in the centre for observation for a period of 30 minutes. The citizens may use any of the 12 Identity proofs including the Aadhar card.
One guideline from the Central Government is that the COVID-19Vaccination will be done ONLY FOR THOSE WHO HAD REGISTERED IN ADVANCE! Detailed guidelines including this will be strictly followed by the central government in the distribution of vaccines and administering the same!
