- Continue doing regular physical exercises.
- Take a balanced diet. Ensure sufficient quantum of sleep!
- While in conversation or a session with friends/relatives, strictly observe social distancing.
- Totally refrain from taking alcoholic drinks! Do not use tobacco products lease!
- Stop talking/discussing too much about coronavirus pandemic.
- Avoid tension, please! Try to keep a sedate and calm mental condition.
- Remain in your residence to the extent possible. In case of fever or chest infection, isolate yourself in the residence - contact/consult your doctor.
- Always wear face masks. Remember the regular washing of hands!
- Avoid touching your eyes/nose/mouth!
- Spray and clean the door-handles, switches, TV Remote, and cell-phone with disinfectants.
