Guidelines from Directorate of Collegiate Education - Online admissions to arts and science colleges in TN

It is known that Tamil Nadu government has announced online admissions for the students who wish to study in arts and sciences colleges.
The news now is guidelines have been released (both digital and print) by the Directorate of Collegiate Education for admission to the above said colleges. There would be comprehensive video demonstration for the applicants. To register and to submit the applications online, a 32 page long material would guide the students. This was brought out by a senior officer belonging to the Higher Education Department.
Two websites that are available for the students are www.tngasa.in and www.tndceonline.org It is now said that the students seeking admission in the arts and science colleges could use these websites to register online. On 20th July, these websites were opened for the students are known.
The senior official hinted that till now more than 20,000 students have registered for the arts and sciences colleges in TN.
Admissions for the polytechnic colleges in TN
Registrations for the polytechnic colleges in TN could be done online by using websites like www.tngptc.in and www.tngptc.com. Till now, more than 5000 students have registered for the polytechnic colleges in TN.
For the sake of clearing doubts regarding online admission process, the department has also established a control room for the students and the students could call numbers 044 22351014 and 044 22351015.About 50 facilitation centres would also be established and these centres would clear various doubts regarding online admissions. This was also mentioned by the senior official of the higher education department.
