Counts of positive cases in various zones of Chennai

`The Corporation Chennai has released a report on the cases undergoing treatment in various hospitals in a zone-wise list. The count of people infected with the pandemic coronavirus has been increasing day by day with an alarming number and a consoling recovery rate. The city of Chennai is witnessing the majority of cases with its migrated population.
On the total count, 72,500 people have been infected by the coronavirus since day. While 1,146 people n the deceased list, 49,587 people have recovered from the disease. 21,766 people are under treatment under various centers and hospitals across the city. In addition, 1,320 people from other districts are being treated in Chennai. On the sex ratio, 57.98% of males and 42.02% of females are affected by the disease. There are 8,128 samples that have been tested on a single day of 8 July.
