The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has announced that the Premium Process of processing 1140 Form for Green Cards will be commenced from today (Monday, 1st June).
Further, the Rapid Processing Service System for H1B Visa Services is to be commenced on 8th June. Those H1B Visa Holders who have already applied for an extension can utilize the applications under this year’s quota for the Rapid Service!
When paying the additional charges for the Rapid Services, a response letter (reply) regarding Visa Decisions or seeking additional information will be sent within the next 15 days.
With American Citizenship and Immigration offices remaining closed due to the raging coronavirus pandemic, those who applied for an extension of H1B Visa needed to wait longer.
Though this year’s for H1B started in April, permission will be granted for entering the USA only after 1st October. If approval is obtained quickly through the Rapid Service System, one can apply in the US Embassies/Consulates and get the seal on the passport and enter the USA by 1st October!
While the Democratic Party has been pressurizing the USA President Donald Trump to stop the issue of H1B visas temporarily, this announcement of Rapid Services for H1B visas has indeed come as a relief!
