PCR tests for Covid-19 could be done at Chettinad Hospitals for Rs 3750

Located at Kelambakkam in Chennai, Chettinad Hospitals was started in the year 2007 and it has got as many as 600 beds.
Important piece of information is TN government has now given permission to this Chettinad Hospital and Research Center to carry out PCR tests for Corona virus issue. It is known that PCR refers to Polymerase Chain Reaction.
An amount of Rs 3750 is to be paid for PCR tests normally and it is now said that the TN government has asked Chettinad Hospitals to collect only this amount for PCR tests. Point is in TN the total number of Covid-19 test centers is 42 that include 30 government labs and 12 private labs.
