Ration items for family cards to be distributed on 2nd and 3rd May!

The State Government of Tamil Nadu has announced that the essential items for the Month of May will be distributed on 2nd and 3rd May.
The free items given for April for the family ration cards included 1kg sugar. 1 kg Bengal gram, 1 kg of cooking oil, and rice for the rice ration cardholders.
It had been announced earlier, the same set of ration items would be given for the month of May as well and that tokens would be delivered/distributed to the individual house.
In this situation, in the latest notification released by the State government of Tamil Nadu, it is mentioned that the above tokens will be distributed in the ration shops on 2nd and 3rd May. The ration items will be distributed free from 4th May.
