Firework factories can commence working, but with 50% of staff: Dist Collector

The District Collector of Virudhunagar Mr Kannan IAS, has announced that the Firework factories in the district can resume production, but with only 50% of the staff working. All the 956 firework factories located in Sivakasi and Sathur may function.
The district collector has given permission for the firework factories to open from 20th April.
