New 9-floor office complex in Koyambedu is making many heads turn

Koyambedu already has got CMBT, wholesale market etc is known.
It is now brought out that by using video conferencing method the Chief Minister of TN Mr E. Palaniswami inaugurated a new 9-floor government office complex in Koyambedu. It must be noted that the first two floors of this 9-floor complex would have Town and Country Planning Directorate and the third flow would be given to the city development authority or CMDA. Floors from 4 to 9 would function as housing board office.
Located adjacent to the fruits and vegetable wholesale market in Koyambedu, this 9-floor complex was constructed at an amount of Rs 105 crores and is present over an area of 17,493 square metres.
Previously, this complex was earmarked for CMDA only. The point is the government has been planning a commercial hub on the housing board land in Nandanam and the body is being relocated to Koyambedu.
