Here is the recipe for making �Pudhina-Karuppatti� juice (Mint- palm jaggery. This is extremely useful in keeping the body cool especially in the scorching summer season:
Ingredients:
� Mint; a handful bunch
� Ginger � a small piece
� Lemon � a half lemon
� Jaggery (from palm tree) 0as required
Recipe
� Wash and clean the bunch of mint leaves
� Add the mint, ginger, lemon juice, and jaggery in the mixie (Mixer-grinder) and grind into a smooth paste and add the required quantity of water.
� Make juice.
� Filter this to a glass, add ice cubes
The super-duper mint-jaggery juice is ready!
