Ennore Expressway to get 9 groynes

Annually, along the Ennore Expressway, there is severe stormy sea and flooding being experienced. This may get spared this year, 2019 as construction of 9 groynes which is a long-pending project will kick start soon. These groynes are to prevent the expressway from getting eroded. By end of May, the project is likely to get over.
People living along the coastal regions often get scared and concerned about the strong waves which often hits the localities. These waves at times pass though the sea wall.
