Here is a new plan launched by Vodafone. It is priced Rs 1,699 and the earlier plan priced Rs 1,499 is ceased. This initiative by Vodafone is to match with that of Bharti Airtel and Reliance Jio the two networks that have similar plans of the same price range. As offered by the Rs 14,99 original plan, in this Rs 1,699 plan, there is unlimited voice calling features, and 1GB of 3G or 4G data with validity of 365 days. With the Rs 1499 plan, users also had access to Vodafone Play application where they can view live TV and movies and a lot more of other online content.

The Vodafone website listing states that in the Rs 1699 plan, users get unlimited local and STD and roaming calls across India apart from the 3G or 4G data of 1GB limit per day. In the new recharge plan with Vodafone, there is also a total of 100 free daily SMS and Vodafone Play app access.

These benefits of Rs 1699 pack is available for validity period of 365 days. Further, there is one more advantage of the plan where the plan is also available in many Vodafone circles including Haryana, Kerala, Punjab and Mumbai. All the Vodafone prepaid subscribers can now opt for Rs 1699 plan either on My Vodafone mobile app or on Vodafone.in official website.

Recently, Vodafone had introduced Rs 1499 plan following which this latest Rs 1699 plan is introduced. This move is an initiative taken to match with the offers of Reliance Jio and Airtel. The Rs 1499 Vodafone pack is however discontinued and instead, the Rs 1699 plan will be available in a few circles. Notably, in a few circles, both the plans worth Rs 1499 and Rs 1699 are shown.

In the Rs 1699 Airtel plan, the benefits are similar to that of Vodafone. On the contrary, with Reliance Jio, it offers 1.5GB of 4G data in addition to the unlimited voice calling facility and 100 SMS per day for 365 days. So, there is additional data limit of 182.5GB when set against Airtel and Vodafone offers of the same rate.

With the state-owned BSNL, there is a similar pack of Rs 1699 where users get daily data limit of 2GB with validity of 365 days. In its BSNL Bumper offer, users get 2.21GB of extra daily data.
