Ration items can be procured with Aadhar card

For the family ration card holders who have lost it, the ration items can be bought with the Aadhar card till a replacement is arranged.
An official from the state government department of Cooperatives and Food explained in this regard:
�Replacement cards are being arranged for the people who had lost their family cards and will be distributed shortly. Until it is received, Aadhar cards can be used to procure the ration items. Otherwise, the ration items can also be procured by registering the OTP (One-Time-Password) sent to the mobile number.
