Expressions in drama: British Council’s unique theatre workshop in Chennai

British Council is organizing a theatre workshop in Chennai on 25th of January 2019. The workshop is designed to train people aged 18 years and above. The workshop will be conducted by eminent theatre artist, Mekha Ranjan who has rich experience in English and Tamil theatre, television projects, documentaries, commercials and radio spots.
Mekha with her expertise in conducting theatre exercises with adults and children will highlight the importance of sign language and gestures in communication. As sign language is one of the pillars of drama, the workshop will cater to teaching enthusiasts the skill to develop expressions as a mode of communication in drama.
