Sinhalese pilgrims to be sent back home

70 Sinhalese pilgrims, in 2 buses, on their way to Velankanni were accosted by police persons in a roadside eatery near Samayapuram in Tiruchirapalli district on Sunday.
The pilgrims from Colombo were sent back to Chennai in the same buses. Unconfirmed reports say that they will be sent home from there.
