Child Rights and You (CRY) one of India’s leading NGO’s working on child rights will be organizing a tournament-‘Shankara Build Pro Cry Soccer for Child Rights-2018’, on October 7, 2018 at the YMCA Nandanam A-Ground, Chennai. The event aims to provide children from the marginalized sector of the society the right exposure to life through the medium of sports.
18 teams will participate in this year which includes one team from the Vysarpadi Children Empowerment Project. This is one of a kind event which brings together, corporate teams and the marginalized sector of the society, to uphold child rights using soccer as the language of change. Here soccer not only breaks boundaries but motivates the underprivileged children to continue education along with sports.
