Temporarily augmentation of Shatabdi Express trains

Train No.12007 / 12008 Chennai Central - Mysuru - Chennai Central Shatabdi Express trains will be temporarily augmented by one SWARN AC Chair Car for a further period of three months, i.e.,upto 10.11.2018. This is in extension of the period notified earlier. ( i.e., from 10.02.2018 to 10.08.2018)
Salient features of �Swarn� coach
1.Vinyl wrapping at the entry / exit areas of the coach.
2.Vinyl wrapping above the luggage rack.
3.Vinyl wrapping at toilet area.
4.Refurbished toilet flooring with epoxy coating & entrap mat.
5.Provision of microburst for fragrance inside toilets.
6.Provision of Braille signages.
7.Provision of LED lights and LED reading lights.
8.Provision of LED coach indication board.
9.Provision of head rest covers.
10.Provision of CC cameras.
11.Provision of pictures of sceneries in compartment to improve aesthetics.
Passengers will be charged the same fares as for AC Chair Cars though this �Swarn� coach has upgraded facilities.This �Swarn� coach will be marked as C-1 in the composition of the train.
