DMK MLA�s suspended from Assembly

The Sri Lankan Tamil issue was the cause of suspension of DMK MLA�s from the Tamil Nadu Assembly for the remaining time of the session.
The MLAs protested Mr. K.P. Munusamy�s remarks that the DMK regime and the UPA were the cause of the plight of Sri Lankan Tamils today. Mr. Munusamy is Local Administration Minister. The DMK MLA�s stood next to the chair and allegedly used objectionable language, leading to the Speaker suspending them for the rest of the session.
