Technosoft Corporation to hire 800 people across India

US-based Technosoft Corporation, a software services and business process outsourcing (BPO), plans to hire 800 people in India.
The $90 million Technosoft Corporation will also inaugurate its new 400-seater development centre here soon.Currently the company has three development centres in Chennai and one in Bangalore with a around 1,600 employees, of which 1,000 are in India and 600 in the US.Tandon said Technosoft Corporation is also looking at setting up BPO operations in tier two cities like Madurai.
Technosoft Corporation currently serves clients in financial services, technology, government, healthcare, telecom, manufacturing, retail and utilities.On the BPO side, Technosoft Corporation�s business model is outcome based; the company gets paid on the revenue generated by its client.
The company has hired graduates in ayurvedic and homeopathic medicines for analytics and coding as they are conversant with the anatomy of a human being and medical terminologies.
