It is a wonderful opportunity for Indian Americans living in the United States. They are now offered a program in which they will intern in the offices of lawmakers of the US Senate and House or in their leadership offices for 8 weeks.
Indo-American Community Services (IACS), an organization based in Chicago, has announced the Capitol Hill Internship Program to two students this year. An official statement released by IACS said, �The goal of the Leadership Internship Programme is to create a corps of young Indian American leaders with the skills, outlook and contacts necessary to generate and sustain positive change in Washington DC and within their local communities.
