Strengthening of suburban road to benefit residents
The Minjur-Kattur-Thirupalaivanam Road is being strengthened by the State Highways Dept. and will be completed by end of February.
Many companies have sprouted up along the route and the new 7 metre road will help commuters immensely. Residents will also be benefited once buses start plying through the area.
The strengthening is funded by the World Bank and will cost Rs. 36.64 crores. The road will pass through the villages of Neidavoyal, Thiruvallavoyal and Thathamanji.
