New Vice Chancellor has been appointed for Madras University whereas the Old Vice Chancellor Mr.Thiruvasagam was Retired and the new Vice Chancellor Mr. Thaandavan had been appointed . Mr. Thaandavn was worked in Department of Public Administration is to be noted.
