Diesel Rates will Be Increased by Rs 3.00 per litre !!!

Diesel rate will be increased to Rs.3.Vijay Kelkar Committee said that the subsidies of crude oil is decreased by the previous orders and to rectify the loss of government the Rate of Diesel will also be raised to Rs.3.And kelkar ordered that the central government will raise the rate of Diesel on the basis of Rs.1 per month.
Gas and Kerosene rates were also to be raised the subsidies of gas cylinders will be reduced and these recommendations will be added to the coming financial budgets of 2013-14.these measures are to be taken by the central government initially but there is one problem for the union government that they are on the path of their election in 2014 in this time if they raise the subsidies they may lose their government in coming election.
Because of Raise in the rate of the gas,Diesel,Petrol Private sectors are facing loss of Rs.411 crores daily.so that government announced that the concerned Oil Companies will decide the subsidy rate of Oils and Gases. The oil company share markets are hiking up whereas the announcement of the union government and the Rate of shares were raised quickly today morning.
