10th exam postponed for Question paper leak

The Tamil Nadu government has postponed the Monday half-yearly exam for class 10 students across the state, owing to reports of a question paper leak. The social science exam will be conducted on January 10. This is the first exam conducted by government for the 10th std students commonly for half yearly exam. Because this move will give students a feel of the boards before the actual exams, scheduled from the end of March.
District officials made to cancel the exams in their respected districts to postpone the exam on instruction of State Government. The school education department had distributed the question papers to schools earlier this week. Schools were supposed to open the question paper bundles at around 9.45am, just before the exams began.
