Last date for registering for NEET extended until 12th March

The last date for registering to write NEET (National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test) for pursuing medical courses (MBBS and BDS) has been extended until 12th March.
It is mandatory for the +2 students who are completing school and interested in pursuing medical courses to write and pass NEET.
NEET for the coming academic year is scheduled to be conducted on 6th May. The registration for NEET commenced on 9th February. Earlier, it has been announced that the concluding date/time was 11.30 PM on 8th March.
However, as per the Supreme Court Order, a new concession/extension has been given to facilitate the students who studied in Open Universities, students without Aadhar cards, and the students who exceed the age limit as announced to register for NEET.
Accordingly, the deadline for registration to write NEET has been extended until 12th March and deadline for paying the fees has been extended until 13th March.
An official announcement has been released yesterday (Thursday, 8th March) in this regard by CBSE.
