Actor Kamalhassan was at busy schedule and when he was at Thiruvananthapuram he gave an extraordinary speech about the Delhi 23yr old rape case whereas the protesters seeking in Delhi about to give death punishment to the culprits� .Kamalhassan said that he is not willing to accept the death penalty to the culprits who were engaged in the rape case. And he added that the victim is his sister, the culprits where his brothers, and place where the incident took place is my capital city, the bus is my bus so that the death penalty is strongly unacceptable.
