Changes in pattern of train services

Due to Line Block and Power Block to facilitate engineering works for construction a Limited Use Subway in lieu of a level crossing between Omalur - Mecheri Road in Salem - Metur Dam section, changes will be made in pattern of train services as detailed below.
1.The slip coaches of Train No.11063 Chennai Egmore � Salem Express (coaches that run upto Metur Dam), scheduled to leave Chennai Egmore on 30.01.2018, will be partially cancelled between Salem � Metur Dam.
2.The slip coaches of Train No.11064 Salem � Chennai Egmore Express (coaches that run from Metur Dam), scheduled to leave Salem on 31.01.2018, will be partially cancelled between Metur Dam � Salem.
Thus, the slip coaches between Salem � Metur Dam on 31.01.2018 will be cancelled.
