Electric train derails in Chennai

An electric train which was proceeding from the Chennai Central station to Pattabhiram. When it was crossing near the Avadi Railway station, 2 coaches of the train suddenly derailed.
However, no passenger was harmed/injured. The activity of removing the derailed coaches has started. The task of repairing the track is also in progress.
This accident has affected the train services on this route.
