Corn and broccoli soup strengthens the body
Corn and broccoli soup is an ideal food item for strengthening the body, especially for the women devoid of body energy

Ingredients:

Sweet corn pieces � a handful

Tomato � 1

Grated ginger � 1 tablespoon

Broccoli � 12 florets

Pepper powder � 1 teaspoon

Butter � 1 tablespoon

Milk, fresh cream, salt � as required

The recipe

Cook the sweet corn pieces. Take half of it and grind into a smooth paste. Keep the other half.

Chop the tomato and broccoli florets into fine pieces.

Take a pan � switch the stove on. Add butter to the pan. Once it starts melting, add the tomato and broccoli cut pieces. Add grated ginger. Fry and cook well.

Once cooked, add 3 glasses of water and bring to boil.

Add salt. Confirm the vegetables are cooked � add the other half of the corn pieces. Add milk, Mix well. Bring to a boil.
