South East Monsoon Failed in Tamilnadu

Tamilnadu faces extreme water scarcity due to the failure of southeast & north west monsoon. By this time the reservoirs are to be filled with the surplus amount of water for the irrigation and as well as domestic water facilities.
As per the last year this year rain failed to shower 30% in Chennai & 45% in Maduari districts.Whole Tamilnadu would have got more than 413.6% of water rather than the level now the rain is showered only 356.6%.
The northwest monsoon is the only hope for the people in Tamilnadu a low pressure cyclone is formed in the coast of Bay of Bengal said by Raj official of Chennai Meteorological centre. From 2003 Tamilnadu got surplus amount of water but this year rain failed to shower her mercy. The reservoirs are fled in past years but the amount of water in those reservoirs are very low compared to that of last year.
