Former DMK minister Samayanallur S Selvaraj loses battle with cancer

The DMK lost its second former minister in three days, with Samayanallur S Selvaraj succumbing to cancer in Chennai on Sunday(Nov 25,2012) evening.
DMK leaders, led by their patriarch M Karunanidhi and his son MK Stalin, paid their respects to Selvaraj at the hospital and offered their condolences to his family.
The deceased former minister’s body is set to be taken to his native town in Madurai district.
