Now apply online for Australian visa

Alex Hawke, the assistant minister for immigration and border protection in Australia said this move will ease the process of application for the country�s visitor visa, and improve Indians� experience. In India, there is increasing demand for Australian visas just like the increasing popularity of Australia in terms of being a holiday destination, says an official statement.
During the first 4 months of this year, the Department of Immigration and Border Protection states that over 65,000 visitor visas are distributed to the Indian nationals. With the online procedure for visitor visa application, all the Indian applicants who seek for visiting Australia for tour or for other business visitors who wish to reconnect with family and friends, this will be a very helpful move, said Hawke.
Benefits such as 24 * 7 accessibility, e-payment for visa application, application status check online, etc are possible with this. Indian applicants will be able to plan their travel agenda if they get to know the status of application online.
