Tamil Nadu assembly celebrates 60 years jubilee on October 29
The diamond jubilee celebrations of the Tamil Nadu assembly will be held on October 29.
On completion of 60 years of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly established under the Constitution, the diamond jubilee of the assembly will be celebrated at 10am on October 29.
The assembly has witnessed leaders like C Rajagopalachary, K Kamaraj, DMK founder C N Annadurai, Communist veteran P Ramamurthy, AIADMK founder M G Ramachandran and his protege J Jayalalithaa besides DMK president M Karunanidhi discuss and debate issues of importance to the state.
