The Union Public Service Commission has announced the filling up of the vacant posts in the Indian Forest Service for the year 2017-18.
Applications are invited from the eligible and interested candidates.
Total Vacancies: 110
Posts: Indian Forest Service Examination
Qualifications:
Candidates must be graduates in animal husbandry, Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geography, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Zoology, Agriculture, Commerce, or Engineering.
Age Limit:
Candidates must be in the age group 21-32.
Selection Procedure:
Candidates will be selected based on the performance in the written test and the interview.
Written Examination Centres:
In Tamil Nadu: Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Trichy, and Puducherry
Application Fee:
For open community cadre and OBC: Rs. 100/-. Other cadres are exempted from application fee.
The last date for applying online: 17th March 2017
