iPhone manufacturing activities pick up tempo in India

The sales of iPhones in India has been on the upswing. Following this, and in order to encourage this trend, the activities of manufacturing iPhones in India have picked up tempo.
Accordingly, the company Wistron is playing a significant role here. If required, Apple may enter into a contract with another company Foxconn.
The manufacturing unit for iPhones will be located in Peenya, Bangalore and the setting up process will pick speed especially from the 1st week of April. It is also gathered that the next model iPhone 8, following iPhone 7 will have the facility of wireless charging.
