In a technology event called the TechCrunch Disrupt at San Francisco, Snugb, a budding technology start-up unveiled its most recent creation, Tulip.
Tulip can be simply said as moms friend, as it helps them in monitoring air quality, humidity and temperature of a babys room. The data thus gathered in the device can be seen using a mobile app that can function both on Android as well as iOS smartphones. With this, parents can take immediate measures when an abnormality is observed. Tulip is a very compact and portable device, and can be charged on its wireless charging base.
The device also has a camera that can be positioned in any direction as needed. Secure HD videos and two-way audio can be recorded in this camera. The files recorded can be accessed via the mobile app.
Furthermore, using the wireless wearable pulse oximetry on Tulip, parents can also monitor the heart rate and oxygen levels of babies.
