You can contact people by using the new App libon without network facility.
You can now contact others by calling even without network.Note that only your mobile number will be on the screen.
You can even send voice messages through libon App.
Note that the person you are talking with also has to download this libon App.
The most important requirement for using this App � your must have a wireless internet facility.
