Bank employees defer strike

The employee union had announced to go on strike on 12th and 13th. Earlier the public sector bank employees have threatened to go on a nationwide strike beginning July 12 to protest against the proposed merger of SBI associates and privatisation of IDBI Bank.
All India Bank Officers` Association and State Sector Bank Employees` Association were also supposed to participate in the strike.
Now the public sector bank employees has deferred its proposed two-day nationwide strike from tomorrow following a retrain order from the Delhi High Court.
