Tamil Nadu Finance Minister O.Pannerselvam will submit Budget 2011-12 in the Assembly today. Major announcements are expected. The debate on the budget will be held for one month.
The annual financial statement is set to make allocations for Solar-powered green houses , Public health insurance scheme, free laptops, mixies and grinders are also expected to be made during the session.
