Rajini thanked Karunanidhi
Superstar Rajinikanth on Thursday enquired about jailed DMK MP Kanimozhi, with her father and DMK president M Karunanidhi.
In a telephonic conversation the DMK patriarch had with Rajinikanth, who returned home on Wednesday night from Singapore after undergoing treatment for reported kidney-related ailments, Karunanidhi enquired about the actor`s health and the medical treatment he had underwent.
`Rajini thanked Kalaignar (Karunanidhi) and enquired about his health and about Kanimozhi`s well-being,` a DMK press release in Chennai said.
Karunanidhi had also spoken to Rajinikanth when he was undergoing treatment in a Singapore hospital.
