Celebrating its 14th chapter, Balar Chithirai Kalai Vizha comes back and this time with excitement and more fun things to do. There will be 18 competitions in the field of performing arts, fine arts and academic arts held on the basis of Thamizh tradition and culture for kids and young adults as well. Participation certificate, medals and special prizes will be awarded as forms of souvenir. Traditional dresses are compulsory.
The registration fee is Rs. 100. Participation certificates along with medals and awards will be distributed accordingly.
