Currently, this facility has extended to cell phones, iPhones and tablets  giving the impression of talking in person to the other. The contrast medium, WhatsApp has now brought the entire world under one shelter.

The latest features of WhatsApp facilitate instant sharing of whatever the latest happening in any corner of the world in the form of text, photos, and video have attracted the common user in a hugely popular way and is now being used in even remote villages.

Presently, there are no charges for using WhatsApp on the cell phones. So, most people world over have been using and enjoying WhatsApp to the maximum benefit.

However, in the present set-up, WhatsApp can be used only between 2 cell phones only.
