Strict action will be taken against employers who do not pay subscriptions: EPFO

EPFO has mentioned that strict action will be taken against the employers who do not pay the subscriptions. Special efforts are being taken to collect the PF dues from the employers. Stringent action like freezing the bank accounts, freezing the properties and arrest will be made against the defaulters. Legal action will be taken against the defaulters. Hence the employers are requested to pay the due subscriptions with immediate effect.
