Shooting of Mammootty starrer Peranbu to commence in Kodaikanal

The shooting of the film titled Peranbu which has Mammootty in the lead role will commence in Kodaikanal on Wednesday. Ram will be directing the film which is to be produced by P L Thenappan under the banner Sree Rajalakshmi Films. The producer while speaking about the film said, "After Tharamani, director Ram is directing the film. Anjali is pairing with Mammootty. Thangameengal Sadhana is donning an important role. Yuvan Shankar Raja is composing the music. Na Muthukumar is penning the lyrics. Theni Iswar will be handling the camera. Since the story has the backdrop of Kodaikanal, the shooting will take place there. The shooting will commence on 6th January."
