Today, the 25th December 2015 marks the birth date of Jesus of Nazareth and celebrated as Christmas or Christmas Day across the world. Billions of people around the world enjoy the day with religious and cultural celebrations. Nazareth is the spiritual leader whose teachings are the basics of Christianity.
Exchanging gifts, visiting church, decorating Christmas trees, sharing feast with family and friends, waiting for the Santa Claus to distribute gifts are among the common customs practiced on this day. Ever since 1870, the 25th December has been a federal holiday in the United States.
