Heavy Showers Likely in Northern Coastal Districts

The low pressure in Bay of Bengal has intensified into a low pressure zone due to which Tamil Nadu is likely to receive heavy rain showers, say meteorological department officials.
In the coastal districts of North, hurricane at 40 to 50 km speed is likely. Hence, fishermen are instructed not to go out for fishing tomorrow. Sporadic rain showers are likely in interior districts of the state and Chennai will experience cloudy weather and sporadic rain showers as well.
