Pandigai is a gangster film

Kreshna and Anandhi are donning the lead roles in a film titled Pandigai. Saravanan of Paruthiveeran fame, Madhusudhan Rao from Goli Soda, Nitin Sathya and Karunas are donning important roles. Director Feroz Mohammed, who recently married actress Vijayalakshmi, is directing the film.
Pandigai is an interesting gangster film. The hero (Kreshna) is an orphan, who grew up in a boarding school where everyone is ill-treated. So, he grows up in an assumption that one can get things done only by hitting and threatening others. At one point, he gets trapped among a group of gangsters. How he escapes from this situation forms the crux of the story. The second half is more of a black comedy.
Shooting of this film will be completed in another 15 days.
