Civil Services: Preliminary Exam results released: 15000 pass!

15000 candidates have passed in the preliminary examinations conducted for the Civil Services for IAS & IPS posts.
In a recent press release by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) , it is informed that 15000 candidates have passed out of 4.63 Lakh candidates who wrote the Preliminary Examinations conducted on 23rd August.
It has been stressed that the candidates who have passed these preliminary examinations must apply online to write the Main Examinations.
Any clarifications/explanations about the examinations or results can be obtained in person or by telephone.
